We do things a little differently.
Each stylist at Palette has an hourly rate that reflects the skill, time and materials needed to create your dream hair. We book out sessions of time according to your specific hair goals so that you can have your stylist's undivided attention. We don't juggle clients—we do one-on-one appointments. Our hourly rate is all inclusive, so you don't have to worry about added charges or gratuity.

Online Booking Policy
To book an appointment online, we do ask for a credit card to secure the appointment. Your credit card information is stored with the credit card merchant service on a secure server. At no time is your credit card information visible to staff members.
Cancellations / Reschedules / No Shows
After booking an appointment online, you’ll be sent a reminder via text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask for a full 24 hours if you would cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment price.
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price.
Late Arrival
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please text us at 206-582-7076. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may reschedule you to another date or time to avoid running late to following appointments.
Adjustments
Our goal is that you love your hair. If you aren’t happy happy with your cut/color or need an adjustment, please reach out to us within 14 days of your original service so that we can make things right.
Decency Policy
Palette is an inclusive space that is built on respect for both staff and clients. Bigotry, racism, or sexism will not be tolerated.
Color & Smoothing
Base Color Retouch
A touch up on new growth using hair color. Grey coverage, lightening or darkening new root area.
* Please note this is not a bleach and tone service or highlights
Full Base Color
A full, scalp to ends, color application. Great for drastic changes such as going from blonde to brunette
Gloss / Toner Refresh
This is a standalone appointment that adjusts the tone of your highlights when you’re not quite ready for a touch up. Includes a blow-dry.
Base Color + Full Highlight
A color application to cover grey, or lighten / darken the base -- with the addition of a full foil or hand painted highlights.
Bleach & Tone, Corrective Colors, and Rainbow Colors
We do these services by consultation only.
Base Color + Partial Highlight
2 Hours, 30 minutes
A color application to cover grey, or lighten / darken the base -- with the addition of a partial foil or hand painted highlight.
Partial Highlight
A half head head of classic, foil highlights or hand painted balayage. Ideal for clients who already have highlights and need a touch up, want a more subtle highlight effect or are looking for a classic foil (without root shadowing, etc.)

Full Highlight
A full head of classic, foil highlights or hand painted balayage. Ideal for clients who already have highlights and need a touch up, want a more subtle highlight effect or are looking for a classic foil (without root shadowing, etc.)

Blonding Sessions
Foilyage, Teasy-lights, or Lived In Color. Anyone wanting to go from very dark to very light. These appointments can range from 3 to 6 hours. We recommend consulting with your colorist before booking a blonding session.
Cutting & Styling
Haircut
We take into account your face shape, how you style your hair and your lifestyle.
We currently don’t offer barber or clipper cuts.

Tape In, Braidless Sew-In, K Tip
We offer various methods of extensions. Whether you’re looking to add length or volume, we got you. Book a consult to see which method is right for you!
